Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Grove, we strive to deliver exceptional care and service to all our patients. To maintain the highest standards and ensure equal access to care, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:

Bulk Billed Appointments

Bulk billed and free for patients presenting a valid Medicare card.

In the event a patient does not provide a valid Medicare card, cancels/reschedules within 4 hours of the appointment, or does not show up, a $49 fee will be charged to the card on file.

Other Appointments

Where valid medicare details are not provided payment is non refundable and required in advance.

Cancellations & No Shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance.

Failure to provide notice of cancellation or rescheduling at least 4 hours prior to the appointment will result in a $49 fee.
